• Booking window: minimum 24 hours before the session
• Rescheduling: free up to 12 hours before the session
• Rescheduling less than 12 hours before the session will be counted as completed
• No-show: full fee applies (a one-time rebook option is available with a 25% discount)
• Follow-up: written summary and Positioning Blueprint delivered via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours
