🎓 THE 4 SESSIONS
Session 1 — IDENTITY
Name what you already own.
Map what you have actually done, not what your job title says. Find the pattern underneath the scattered roles. Name one lane worth owning, and understand why the market has been reading you as interchangeable until now. You leave with a position, stated in one line you can defend.
Session 2 — VISIBILITY
Make the market read you.
Build proof that argues for the position. Structure your work as Problem, Intervention, Outcome. Write the LinkedIn headline and About section, rebuild the CV, and shape the portfolio so all three make the same claim instead of three different ones. You leave visible for one thing rather than vaguely present for many.
Session 3 — LONGEVITY
Stay relevant when the floor moves.
Move from selling hours to selling a position: project, then retainer, then strategic role. Use AI to compress the work instead of competing with it. Set boundaries with clients and employers so the next role does not quietly become the old one.
Session 4 — STRATEGY
Turn position into movement.
Where the real opportunities sit and how to filter out the noise. Build an application system you can run weekly instead of in panic. Prepare for interviews from authority rather than hope, negotiate the offer from a position, and leave with a 90-day plan you actually execute.

Why only 4 sessions? The last batch had 9.
Because the problem was never a shortage of material. Nine sessions make people feel like they are learning when they are mostly collecting. Four sessions force a decision: one position, one body of proof, one strategy. You run the rest yourself, on a system you already own.
So you cut content?
We cut what you can read on your own: general trends, industry overviews, and the long side-hustle discussion. What stays is the work that needs another person in the room.
Is this suitable for non-tech people?
Yes. The course is about positioning, portfolio, CV, LinkedIn, application strategy, and how to sell value to a global market. It was never built for tech talent only.
Do I need work experience?
Ideally yes. This works best if you already have experience, projects, freelance work, organisational roles, or achievements that can be mapped into value.
Is a remote job guaranteed?
No. RWMC does not promise placement. It builds clarity, assets, strategy, and an execution system.
Do I need fluent English?
Not fluent. But you need to be willing to practise professional communication, because the global market runs on clarity.
Are the classes live?
